Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Who we are

kanoniseto (“the service”) is provided by Αρσενίου Χρήστος (“we”). Contact: info@kanoniseto.gr, phone +306984786516.

2. The service

kanoniseto lets businesses (“Business”, “you”) take online bookings from their customers through a personal booking page, manage their schedule, team and customers, and send notifications.

3. Account

You need an account to use the service. You provide accurate details, keep your password secret and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 and act for business purposes.

4. Trial, price and payment

  • Every new account gets a 7-day free trial, no card required.
  • After that the subscription costs, VAT included: Solo €12 per month or Solo yearly €120 per year (1 active team member), Team €20 per month or Team yearly €200 per year (unlimited team members). It is billed in advance, per month or year, through Stripe.
  • You can change plan from the “Subscription” page. During the trial a change is free; afterwards the new plan is charged right away and the unused part of the old one is credited.
  • In the last 3 days of the trial we remind you to add a card. If the trial ends without one, the admin area and booking page are locked until the subscription is active. If a renewal payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it before the lock. Your data is not deleted.
  • You can cancel anytime from the “Subscription” page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; partial periods are not refunded.
  • We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice; the new price applies from the next charge.
  • Invoices/receipts are issued under Greek law.

5. Your obligations

You use the service lawfully. You don’t upload illegal or misleading content, send spam, try to bypass security or overload the service. You are responsible for the services you offer your customers, your prices and honouring appointments.

6. Your customers’ data (processing on your behalf)

For your customers’ details (name, phone, email, appointments, notes) you are the controller and we are the processor under Article 28 GDPR. In particular:

  • We process the data only to provide the service and according to your instructions as given through your use of the service.
  • Everyone with access is bound by confidentiality.
  • We apply appropriate security: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access only after sign-in, encrypted storage of email passwords, hosting on Google infrastructure in the EU (Belgium).
  • We use the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy and will inform you of changes.
  • We help you answer your customers’ requests (access, correction, deletion) — most can be done directly in the admin area.
  • We notify you without undue delay of any personal data breach.
  • When our agreement ends we delete the data within 90 days unless the law requires keeping it.

You warrant that you have a lawful basis for the data you enter and that you inform your customers.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance or improvements may occur.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits (e.g. missed appointments), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Liability for intent or gross negligence is not limited.

9. Termination

You can stop anytime. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, normally after notifying you.

10. Changes

If we materially change these terms we will tell you at least 30 days before they apply.

11. Law

Greek law applies. The Greek courts have jurisdiction.
